waaaay

too small. Couldn't read anything on the screen. Solid coding though; everything seemed to work as I clicked random buttons :/

i should put up a remider to enlarge the screen, i was worried that would happen

Not bad.

Mechanically, very solid, but there's some weirdness in its design. The music is completely out of place, the sound quality compared to the music quality leaves a huge and unnecessary gap given how small the game is, the sound effect volume is overwhelming in comparison to the music, and using images of lots of identical fruit in a pile can lead to some nearly identical puzzle pieces.

This...

...is probably the single most unbalanced thing I have ever played. If you have the misfortune of accidentally collecting the Missile or Homing weapons, then you've just signed your death warrant, because they aren't different, but equal: they're useless, just a waste of space and a guarantee you'll fail the level.

Wow.

I'm sitting at a 1500 dollar gaming rig, fascinated by and addicted to this game. Bravo, mate.

And it is...

...nowhere near valentine's day. Pathetic effort.

Fun, but...

I've always hated it when games use the control scheme implemented in this game; where your ship aims towards the mouse, but also moves towards the mouse. Not a problem when you're moving a lot, but when you're in one spot, it makes aiming painfully finicky, and adding the 'e-brake' function was simply not a good fix. What you should have done is made it so the ship doesn't move ON TOP of the cursor, but so that it lags a little behind, giving the ship a chance to track properly.

UNBELIEVABLY addictive.

I played the first level and thought to myself, "What the hell am I doing. This game is dull and simplistic; a cool name its only real merit." But for some reason, I kept going, and kept going, and kept going... I've been at it for nearly three hours now, plowing through early missions again and again to unlock the challenges, wielding the ridiculously awesome leveled-up weaponry and enjoying the occasional comedic dialog between the main characters. Despite all the flak and premium content, this is an extremely solid game.

Hm...

I was hoping for some kind of ethical dilemma, but the way the game was set up, it made killing the reds an objective instead of a questionable action. The graphics, the music, even the level design set a light (if not cheery) tone which removed any sense of weight to the killing of the reds. The game was solid, though, and I suppose I can't penalize a flash game for lack of philosophical content XD

Broken.

I've heard it's a great game, which is why I gave it a seven, but I can't get past the main menu.

It wan't...

...scary, really, but after completing it I felt... empty, and a little bit colder than before. This is what true horror is made of; it's not messy, mindless slaughter, it's a dark, harrowing, metaphorical, and philosophical journey through what is as much an idea as a story.

And for those of you who complain the gun imbalances the game, I'm pretty sure it's intentional. At the beginning, the character was only able to defend himself and kill as a result of that, but as he kills more, it starts to make him feel more powerful. He starts to lose sight of his objective and his true nature as blood-lust and power overtake him.

At least, that's my take on it :P

Tried animation, quickly learned it wasn't for me. So hey there, welcome to a writer's NG profile :) Message me if you're interested in a sample of my work, or my services, if I might be so bold.
