82.4 seconds long, and at a scene break. Things are looking good.

I had a decent bit of trouble today with a simple issue. The next scene involves our main character running through a very heavy rain storm, trying to escape the city. I had an incredible amount of trouble finding sound effects! I looked high and low, and there was nothing! NOTHING!! Eventually, I found some great ones, and you'll hear those in the final submission.

What the NG audio portal needs is a good Sound Effect submission section; that way, it can completely serve it's purpose as a free audio database.

GASP!!

OMFG!! I just realized that the ENTIRE thing is in 12 FPS!! AAAAAAHHHHHH!!!! Well, I ain't gonna redo it now, so it's gonna be a bit choppy. Sorry folks.

Okay, this time I'll beg. PLLEEEAAASSSEEE give me input! If you have no clue what I'm talking about, then you can look at my previous posts and my only flash submission. And by input I mean comments here.

Okay, folks, things have been a bit slow lately... you know, real life gets in the way once and a while. Episode 1 is now 70 seconds long, and I've made a few decisions about content.

The biggest one:
I WILL add an epic swordfight to the end! I seriously need animation practice, and animating a good swordfight is a fantastic test of skill.

The next biggest one:
This will be as looooong as it has to be. If its two minutes or ten, I don't care. I'll work until it's done... and that may take a while.

If anyone's actually reading these posts and is INTERESTED, sit tight, buckle up, and grab a magazine; this might take a few weeks more, but it will be AWESOME once it gets good and done.

Couldn't help it; just letting anyone who's curious know about how Episode 1's coming.

I have been ADDICTED to the blur filter. It makes bad sprites look good, clouds look fluffy, and moving things harder to see. And of course, there are plenty of uses beyond that... like scene transitions.

The thing's a grand total of 50.8 seconds; about half of the two minutes I'm angling for... or is that too short? Input would be appreciated, thanks!

Remember, I like to use high-quality audio, so the thing's gonna have a large file size for its length, so I need to keep it sorta short.

The Of Angels and Men prologue didn't get blammed, and got some great reviews! People want me to make MORE!! Well, here it comes!!

It'll take some time, but the result of Episode 1 should be worth viewing!
