Alright, I'm giving you a good rating because the animation is great, but seriously. I've never met a brony like that, and I know quite a few (on top of being one myself). I appreciate the show, occasionally make original content, discuss the show and related media with my friends, but I DON'T have a fetish for ponies, and I highly doubt many of us do.

Try not to stereotype a subculture you don't understand.

That... was probably the best thing I have ever seen. Ever.

Two words.
FARKING AWESOME.

Animation was godly (though it lagged a bit on high), and the syncing with the music was mind-blowing. The humor and choreography were top-notch. Brilliant work, mate. Favorited.

For everyone saying STOLEN STOLEN STOLEN, read the fucking description.
And I quote:
"...which is an animated rendition of the comic on ask-twilightsparkle.tumbl r.com dubbed "True Friendship.""

But yeah, great animation! Very smooth and well drawn. Also kinda made me cry.

For the most part, worked fine. Ran smoothly.
But there were a couple of spots in the first half, one right at the beginning and one a little further in, where my browser just flatlined. The animation froze in place, and I wasn't able to interact with the browser itself.

I think it's more than an issue of the quality of the jpegs; I'm running a very powerful gaming machine and it always handles even badly optimized flashes without breaking a sweat.

Thanks for the input!

I wish I wasn't such a technological dolt. I wonder what could possibly be making this happen

I was absolutely hooked until...

...I realized it was religious propaganda. The movie was solid; good animation, great writing, great music, but its message is completely off. If your life is fucked up, don't sit and cry and pray for god to save you; get off your ass and change it yourself. This is the problem I have with most religious folk; they put the weight of their problems and their salvation on something that, if it exists, has no interest in helping them. The only person that can save you from your own personal hell is yourself, and that is the message this movie should leave people with, rather than telling them to put all their problems on something that may or may be even paying attention.

nahtanojmal responds:

I'm glad you liked the part you did and told me the part you didn't like

You may be the only one who can save yourself from your hell, but
only God can save you from the real Hell.

Thanks for reviewing ;)

Man, seriously.

As a milestone 3 Sniper, I know that nobody smart tries to walk out the front door on 2Fort XD

Many, many stories have ended like this one when myself or another Sniper is on the battlements. The sewer is your friend, all you people with big, juicy skulls just beggin' to get splattered!

I feel your pain...

I play sniper, and those mangy little gremlins drive me insane with their 'Bonk! energy drinks' and their 'crit-a-colas' and their shotguns with ridiculous knockback...

Awesome.

The animations, for what they lacked in length, certainly made up for with idea content and pure, off-the-wall humor. My favorites, primarily for their abstract nature, were the one where the giant bladed thing is approaching Earth, and the one where the guy turns into a machine after touching a gear.

And to everyone who's bitching about the quality, and comparing this to the bests on Newgrounds:

You're an idiot and an asshole both. This was produced, in its entirety, in just over 24 HOURS. If you've ever even ATTEMPTED animation, you should know that this is an incredible feat.

Precisely

what makes Skyrim so awesome, on top of Dragon vs. Mammoth battles, the presence of an actual Elder Scroll ingame, and proper moral quandaries. Fuck life, I'll just live in Skyrim.

Tried animation, quickly learned it wasn't for me. So hey there, welcome to a writer's NG profile :) Message me if you're interested in a sample of my work, or my services, if I might be so bold.
